Shipping
Most of our products are made to order. Allow 1 to 2 weeks before shipping. You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves.
Free shipping in France on orders over €70. For other countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
🔴 Made-to-order products: no returns, no exchanges, no refunds.
These products are made and customised just for you, so the right of withdrawal does not apply (article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code).
🟢 In-stock products: returns, exchanges or refunds within 14 days.
Products already in stock are covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. Conditions:
- Request by email at info@armynoisy.com (or on Instagram) within 14 days of delivery, with your order number.
- Item unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- Exchange or refund processed within 14 days of receiving and checking the return, to the original payment method.
Each product page states whether the product is made to order or available in stock.
Faulty item or wrong order
Whether the product was in stock or made to order, if it arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, we will replace it. Contact us quickly at info@armynoisy.com with photos of the item.
