Returns, exchanges and refunds
🔴 Made-to-order products: no returns, no exchanges, no refunds.
Most of our pieces are made and customised just for you after you order. Because of this, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these products (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
🟢 In-stock products: returns, exchanges and refunds available.
Products already in stock and ready to ship are covered by your right of withdrawal: you have 14 days from delivery to request a return, an exchange or a refund.
How do I know if a product is in stock or made to order?
It is stated on each product page. If the page says "made to order", the product is made after you order. If in doubt, message us before ordering.
How do I return an in-stock product?
- Email us at info@armynoisy.com (or DM us on Instagram) within 14 days of delivery, with your order number.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- Once we receive and check the item, we process the exchange or refund within 14 days, to your original payment method.
My item arrived faulty or I received the wrong item
Whether the product was in stock or made to order, if it is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will replace it. Contact us quickly at info@armynoisy.com with photos.
Orders and production
Why are my clothes made to order?
We don't mass-produce: every piece is printed or customised for you. Less waste, better quality.
How long before my order ships?
Allow 1 to 2 weeks before shipping. You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. As long as production hasn't started, we will do our best to help. Once production has started, the order can no longer be changed.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes: France and French overseas territories, all of Europe, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada and Japan.
Is shipping free?
Yes, in France on orders over €70. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Sizing and care
How do I choose my size?
Our tees have an oversized fit and our hoodies and sweatshirts a boxy oversized fit: they are meant to be roomy. A size guide is available on every product page. For a closer fit, size down.
How do I care for my clothes?
Wash inside out at 30°C, do not tumble dry. Your prints and rhinestones will last much longer.
